Sintered metal mesh filter cartridge is suitable for applications of micron level filtration and separation. Such as particle candle filter for chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, petrochemical; strainer for food & beverage, fuel, hydraulic.

Micron rating, end fitting & sealing material of the sintered mesh filter cartridges

Our micron rating options: 1 2 5 10 15 20 25 30 40 50 100 150 200 μm.

End fitting of cartridges: DOE, 226 double o-ring, 222 double o-ring, NPT BSPT thread, other standard thread, flange, tri-clamp quick mount flange / sanitary ferrule adapter, other customized solutions.

Sintered Mesh Filter

 

End fitting collection of sintered metal mesh filter cartridges

Sealing material for cartridges: Buna-N (NBR), EPDM, Silicone, PTFE, Viton (FKM), other fluoride sealing material.

Maximum working temperature recommendation:

  • Thread connection – same as the metal material, up to 800 degree Celcius.
  • PTFE – 260 degree Celsius
  • Silicone – 230 degree Celsius
  • Viton (FKM) – 200 degree Celsius
  • EPDM – 150 degree Celsius
  • NBR (Buna-N) – 120 degree Celsius

316  (1.4401), 316L (1.4404), 304, 304L  stainless steel are the among the standard material for sintered metal mesh filter cartridges.

Other exptic materials are also available as request, such as 310S, 904L, Hastelloy C276, Hastelloy C22, Monel 400, Inconel 625, etc.

The hardware / end fitting material can be different with the sintered metal mesh.
